介绍了岩心渗透率梯度仪的设计思路、结构原理、检测精度及应用领域。仪器的核心部分是有多个测压孔的岩心夹持器,利用高精度的压力传感器,监测试验时各段岩心中的流体压力,由微机跟踪显示数据信号,并作出一系列曲线。通过输入相应的参数,即可输出各段岩心的渗透率值,进而弄清经完井液、堵水剂或酸化液等流体处理后,岩心渗透率随深度变化情况。经油田使用已见到明显效果,为开展油层保护研究工作,提供了新的评价手段。
The design concept, structure principle, testing precision and application field of core permeability gradiometer are introduced. The core part of the instrument is a core holder with multiple pressure-measuring holes. Using high-precision pressure sensors, the pressure of the fluid in each section of the core during the test is monitored. The data signals are tracked by the microcomputer and a series of curves are made. By inputting the corresponding parameters, the permeability values of each section of core can be output, and then the permeability of core can change with the depth after the fluids such as completion fluid, plugging agent or acidizing fluid are treated. The oilfield has seen significant results, in order to carry out research on reservoir protection, providing a new means of evaluation.
