目的:分析男性不育患者精液中大肠埃希菌与支原体的耐药情况。方法:选择男性不育1020例,取其精液中感染大肠埃希菌55株和支原体423株,分别对20种与12种抗生素进行药敏试验。结果:55株大肠埃希菌中,对20种抗生素耐药率低排在前3位的分别为奈替米星(0.0%)、亚胺培南、阿米卡星(1.8%)和美罗培南(1.8%),耐药率高排在前3位的分别为头孢噻吩(63.6%)、头孢呋辛(54.5%)和头孢他啶(49.1%)。423株支原体中,对12种抗生素耐药率低排在前3位的分别为加替沙星(0.7%)、交沙霉素(1.7%)和阿奇霉素(1.9%),耐药率高排在前3位的分别为克林霉素(33.6%)、甲砜霉素(26.8%)和司帕沙星(4.9%),其中对四环素类、大环内酯类和喹诺酮类等10种抗生素耐药率均低于5%。结论:男性不育患者精液中大肠埃希菌和支原体对常见抗生素的耐药率较低。
Objective: To analyze the drug resistance of Escherichia coli and Mycoplasma in male infertility patients. Methods: A total of 1020 male infertility patients were selected. 55 strains of Escherichia coli and 423 Mycoplasma were infected in their semen. Drug susceptibility tests were carried out on 20 kinds and 12 kinds of antibiotics. Results: Among the 55 strains of Escherichia coli, the top three antibiotics resistant to 20 antibiotics were netilmicin (0.0%), imipenem, amikacin (1.8%) and meropenem (1.8%). The top three drug resistance rates were cefalotin (63.6%), cefuroxime (54.5%) and ceftazidime (49.1%). 423 strains of Mycoplasma, the lowest resistance rate to 12 antibiotics was gatifloxacin (0.7%), jasamycin (1.7%) and azithromycin (1.9%), with the highest rates of resistance Top three were clindamycin (33.6%), thiamphenicol (26.8%) and sparfloxacin (4.9%), of which 10 were tetracyclines, macrolides and quinolones Antibiotic resistance rates were below 5%. CONCLUSION: Escherichia coli and mycoplasma in male infertility have low resistance rate to common antibiotics.
