针对水轮机转轮叶片疲劳损伤问题,借助无损应力测试手段分析转轮焊后与热处理后的残余应力分布状态,评价应力测试效率与退火去应力效果。结果表明,热处理工艺可大幅削减与均化原始残余应力分布,抗疲劳性能提升显著。X射线测试技术对工件无损伤,操作简便,结果准确可靠,可大幅提高高质量大型转轮的制造效率。
Aiming at the fatigue damage of runner blades of turbine, the residual stress distribution after welding and heat treatment of the runner was analyzed by means of non-destructive stress test to evaluate the effect of stress test efficiency and annealing stress. The results show that the heat treatment process can significantly reduce and homogenize the original residual stress distribution, anti-fatigue performance increased significantly. X-ray testing technology for the workpiece without damage, easy to operate, the result is accurate and reliable, can greatly improve the production of high-quality large-scale wheel efficiency.
