目的观察芪药消渴胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取本院2010年6月——2013年6月期间收治的120例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将120例患者随机分为芪药消渴胶囊组(观察组)和对照组,各60例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础加服芪药消渴胶囊,3次/d,6粒/次,疗程为3个月,比较两组患者的血糖、胰岛素变化情况及临床疗效。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果两组患者治疗前的FBG、2h PBG比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后观察组的FBG、2h PBG水平分别为(4.34±1.01)、(7.12±1.91)mmol/L,低于对照组的(5.98±2.20)、(8.09±1.73)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的FIN及2h INS对比差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后的FIN及2h INS水平分别为(8.76±2.54)、(35.26±11.52)mIU/L,对照组为(12.32±4.42)、(46.52±1.51)mIU/L,观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组的临床有效率为81.7%,对照组为63.3%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪药消渴胶囊能明显降低患者血糖,增加胰岛素敏感性,改善糖尿病的全身症状。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qi Yao Xiaoke Capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion Qidan Xiaoke Capsule can significantly reduce blood sugar, increase insulin sensitivity and improve the general symptoms of diabetes.
