通过对中国职业足球联赛的现状描述及现有制度安排的分析,本文试图从新制度经济的视角提出对我国职业足球联赛的政策、制度创新建议:以明晰私有产权为核心,建立完整的行业制度,从而为我国职业足球联赛的发展提供有效的制度激励。
Through the description of the status quo of China’s professional football leagues and the analysis of the existing institutional arrangement, this article attempts to propose the innovation of policies and systems of the professional football leagues in our country from the perspective of the new institutional economy: With a clear private property as the core, a complete industrial system, So as to provide an effective institutional incentive for the development of our professional football league.
