作者对铸造用高锰钢采用定向凝固工艺获得了稳定的奥氏体胞晶组织。发现随着Ce量的增加,胞晶前沿转向枝晶发展,出现游离晶,使柱状晶区缩短。与此同时,用电子探针微区分析考察了Ce对高锰钢中Mn在胞晶、柱状树枝晶及等轴晶内偏析的定量影响。作者考虑到固相反扩散这一因素,导出了高锰钢中Mn元素的溶质分布表达式,通过对实验数据进行理论分析,发现溶质平衡分配系数K_0是影响枝晶偏析的决定性因素。
The author of the cast high manganese steel using directional solidification process to obtain a stable austenite cell structure. It is found that with the increase of Ce content, the front of cell dendrite turns to dendrite and free crystal appears, which shortens the columnar crystal region. In the meantime, the quantitative effect of Ce on segregation of Mn in the astrocytes, columnar dendrites and equiaxed grains in high manganese steel was investigated by electron probe microanalysis. Based on the factor of solid-phase counter-diffusion, the author derives the solute distribution of Mn in high-manganese steel. By analyzing the experimental data, it is found that the solute equilibrium partition coefficient K_0 is the decisive factor affecting the dendrite segregation.
