目的 LIM矿化蛋白1(LIM mineralization protein-1,LMP-1)是一种细胞内非分泌蛋白,通过调节BMPs信号通路而促进成骨分化。近年来,研究表明LMP-1作为成骨信号途径的上游信号分子级联放大下游成骨信号,增加成骨细胞对BMPs的敏感性,招募众多的成骨因子共同参与成骨,最终促进细胞成骨分化和诱导骨形成。本文就LMP-1的结构特点、诱导成骨机制、LMP-1用于基因治疗的种子细胞及载体的选择等研究现状作一综述。
Objective LIM mineralization protein-1 (LMP-1) is an intracellular non-secreted protein that promotes osteogenic differentiation by modulating the BMPs signaling pathway. In recent years, studies have shown that LMP-1 acts as an upstream signaling molecule in osteoblast signaling pathway to amplify downstream osteoblast signals, increase the sensitivity of osteoblasts to BMPs, recruit a large number of osteogenic factors to participate in osteogenesis, Differentiation of bone and induction of bone formation. This review summarizes the structural features of LMP-1, the mechanism of induced osteogenesis, the selection of seed cells and vectors for LMP-1 gene therapy.
