From December 15 to December 16, 2012, “Symposium on the Development Strategy of National Social Welfare System” jointly organized by Collaborative Innovation Center for Social Transformation and Social Management and China Social Security Research Center of Renmin University of China was held at Renmin University of China. Representatives from China Disabled Persons' Federation, Ministry of Civil Affairs, National Office for Aging, China Association of Social Welfare, China Association of Aging Industry and representatives from Renmin University of China, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, State Administration Institute, Nanjing University and Zhejiang University attended the conference. Zheng Gongcheng, Professor of Renmin University of China and Chief Expert of National Social Welfare System Development Strategy Project, introduced the research project on the development strategy of the national social welfare system
