指出了发展生物质高温空气气化系统的必要性,介绍了作为其关键技术的高温空气发生器的工作原理及其特性;对高温空气发生器关键部件的分流装置的结构设计进行了详细阐述。分流特性实验结果表明:高温空气发生器可以正常稳定运行,分流装置可以实现分流的目的,且获得了高温空气发生器重要的性能参数,为掌握高温空气发生器性能并深入研究生物质高温空气气化系统作了充分的准备。
The necessity of developing high-temperature biomass gasification system for biomass was pointed out. The working principle and characteristics of the high-temperature air generator as its key technology were introduced. The structure design of the shunt device for the key components of high-temperature air generator was described in detail. The experimental results of shunt characteristics show that the high-temperature air generator can operate normally and the shunting device can achieve the purpose of shunting, and the important performance parameters of the high-temperature air generator have been obtained.
