财务管控型集团企业的进化已有标杆。我们不妨向李嘉诚学习。李嘉诚旗下的和记黄埔集团,选择了以财务管控为主的管控模式,即主要以财务指标对成员企业进行管理和考核。总部只关注投资回报,通过投资优化来追求集团企业价值最大化。管控的主要手段体现为财务控制、法人治理和企业并购等行为,属于分权管控类型。
The evolution of financial-controlled group companies has been benchmarked. We may wish to study Li Ka-shing.
