Studies on the influencing factors of the induction rate of indica rice pollen plants are the key issues to improve the induction rate of pollen plants. However, the factors are not isolated but integrated. In order to correctly understand the effect of various factors on the induction rate of pollen plants and the effect of mutual cooperation in order to improve the success rate of indica anther culture, we used orthogonal test in 1980 to screen for V20 × (Nongxiao 4 × IR24 hybrid F_1 anther culture optimum combination of factors.
