本文对C_(50)型敞车以钢代木改造后的侧柱根部裂损的调查情况进行了介绍,C_(50)型敞车以钢代木改造后,侧柱结构未改变,因此侧柱裂损的问题依然存在。文章分析了侧柱内补强根部裂损开焊的原因,并提出了具体加强方案,建议将原侧柱内补强组成全部分解,把下部500mm长切去,接上铸钢一体内补强座。这一方案在C_(50)型敞车上进行了试改,经鉴定认为效果很好。
In this paper, the investigation on the cracking of the side columns of C_ (50) gondola after the steel-wood remodeling is introduced. After the C_ (50) gondola was reconstructed with steel and wood, the side column structure did not change, Loss problem still exists. In this paper, the reasons for cracked open welds in the reinforcing columns at the side columns are analyzed and a specific strengthening scheme is proposed. It is suggested that all the reinforcing components in the original columns be disassembled, the lower 500mm should be cut in length, seat. This program in the C_ (50) gondola on the trial reform, identified as good results.
