肺氧扩散容量(D)与肺血流量(Q)之比(D/Q)的不均一性分布将导致肺泡氧交换容量减少。在一简单模型上清楚地表明,这类效应随着不均一性程度以及平衡指数—D/(Qβ)(β:指每增加一个单位的分压血液氧含量的增值)值的增大而增强。如果不考虑这种非均一性效应,则会导致低氧及氧摄取量增大时D值的假象升高。
Inhomogeneous distribution of lung oxygen diffusion capacity (D) to pulmonary blood flow (Q) ratio (D / Q) results in a decrease in alveolar oxygen exchange capacity. It is clear from a simple model that such effects increase with increasing degree of inhomogeneity and with an increase in the value of the equilibrium index -D / (Qβ) (β: increase in oxygen content of the partial pressure of blood by one unit) . Disregarding this heterogeneity can lead to an increased artifact in D values as hypoxia and oxygen uptake increases.
