农村中学普遍缺少体育器材,发展推铅球的力量受到很大限制,本人在体育教学和训练中,通过对比训练,发现农村中学利用单双杠,提高推铅球的力量,效果很好。一、利用双杠练习(一)支撑行进练习目的:提高上肢伸肌力量和身体控制能力。练习方法和要求:(1)从一端跳上支撑行进到另一端下(单手移动或双手同时移动)。(2)第一周每次练习约1~2组,以后增加到2
