目的了解在校研究生焦虑现状及其相关影响因素,为改善研究生心理健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取全国12所高校3 812名在校硕士和博士研究生为对象,采用焦虑自评量表进行测评。结果 12所高校在校研究生焦虑自评量表总体评分均值为(33.82±8.74)分;焦虑检出率为5.8%,且检出率在性别、学历、专业满意度、家庭社会地位、所学专业、母亲学历及职业之间存在明显差异。结论目前在校研究生存在不同程度的焦虑现象,主要与性别、学历、专业满意度、家庭社会地位、所学专业、母亲学历及职业有关。
Objective To understand the status quo of anxiety in postgraduates and related influencing factors, and to provide reference for improving the mental health education of postgraduates. Methods By means of convenient sampling method, 3 812 postgraduates and Ph.D. students from 12 colleges and universities in our country were selected as subjects, and the anxiety self-rating scale was used to evaluate them. Results The overall score of self-rating anxiety scale of college graduates in 12 universities was (33.82 ± 8.74) points; the detection rate of anxiety was 5.8%, and the detection rate was in sex, education, professional satisfaction, family social status, There is a clear difference between majors’ qualifications and occupations. Conclusion There are different levels of anxiety among current postgraduates, mainly related to gender, educational level, professional satisfaction, family social status, majors, maternal qualifications and occupation.
