目的 探讨间歇性外斜视术前辐辏状态与同时视及术后疗效的关系。方法 对我院54例间歇性外斜视患者,术前检查辐辏及同时视,术后检查残余斜视角及同时视,并进行统计学分析。结果 术前有无辐辏的两组患者在同时视方面有显著差异。手术可使更多术前无辐辏且无同时视患者术后获得同时视。结论 术前辐辏检查可快速评价术前双眼同时视功能。无辐辏且无同时视的患者应及时手术,以期达到功能性治愈。
Objective To investigate the relationship between preoperative radiofrequency and the effect of simultaneous visual acuity and postoperative exotropia. Methods 54 cases of patients with intermittent exotropia in our hospital, preoperative examination of radiofrequency and simultaneous visual and postoperative residual strabismus angle and simultaneous visual, and statistical analysis. Results The two groups of patients with and without preoperative radiofrequency were significantly different at the same time. Surgery can make more preoperative non-rectal 辏 and at the same time as patients undergoing simultaneous visualization. Conclusion Preoperative radiofrequency examination can be rapid assessment of preoperative binocular vision. Patients with no recurrence and no simultaneous visual response should be treated promptly to achieve functional healing.
