用可溶性高分子量葡聚糖修饰胰蛋白酶。用三乙胺增加CNBr的亲电子性。不用任何有机溶剂,在0℃活化葡聚糖。修饰酶的活性约为天然酶的72%,其热稳定性大于天然酶。
Trypsin is modified with soluble high molecular weight dextran. Triethylamine Increases Electrophilicity of CNBr. Dextran was activated at 0 ° C without any organic solvent. Modifying enzyme activity is about 72% of native enzyme, which is more thermostable than native enzyme.
