我之所以将做思想政治工作当作一种享受,就是感到自己能作为一个专职的政工干部,无论是在事业上或是在精神上,都感到十分满足。正是有了这种满足,使我在政工岗位上一干就是三十二年,从连队的政治指导员到团的政治委员,转业到地方后又从基层车间的党支部书记到党委的宣传部长,中间虽有几次可以转为行政干部,但我还是选择了政工岗位。
