一、概况 1.工程情况。这次我们用统筹法组织施工的上海月浦住宅小区系上海宝山钢铁厂主要住宅小区之一。总建筑面积为9.7533万平方米。共有71幢单位工程。其中有四种不同建筑标准的住宅58幢。共计面积9.0404万平方米。另有公共建筑13幢,如商店、菜场、托儿所、幼儿园、方便店等单位工程,面积为0.7129万平方米。月浦住宅小区布局如图1。 2.住宅结构选型月浦住宅群原设计有四种类型住宅。即上海多层住宅标准设计的宿Ⅱ型。75—1型、新沪住—2型、点状。由于考虑到住宅结构要同建筑工业化施工相适应,充分利用主辅机械、模具和劳动组织,从而取得较好的技
I. Overview 1. Project situation. Shanghai Yuepu Residential Community, which we organized with the overall planning method this time, is one of the major residential districts of the Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Plant. The total construction area is 975.33 million square meters. There are 71 units of work. There are 58 residential buildings with four different building standards. The total area of 90,040 square meters. In addition, there are 13 public buildings, such as shops, vegetable farms, nurseries, kindergartens, and convenience stores, with an area of 0.7129 million square meters.
