随着政策性资产目标考核任务的全面完成,资产管理公司进入了由政策性业务向市场化业务转型的新发展阶段。目前已初步形成了金融控股公司的发展战略,业务平台的搭建和经营正在稳步推进。办事处的市场业务应定位于“以平台业务为主,以自营业务为辅,突出发展委托代理业务,稳妥推进金融租赁业务,择机开展投资、担保以及证券经纪、承销等业务”。为了适应公司商业化转型的需要,办事处将由单一的资产管理处置机构逐步转变为业务多元的综合性经营机构,成为公司区域营销中心、盈利增长单元,逐步向总部的分公司或子公司的分支机构方向发展。
