本文提出了以meso-四(4-三甲铵基苯)卟啉为显色剂的双波长分光光度法同时测定微量铁和铜的方法.测定铁和铜的波长对分别为392.0—420.0nm和413.0—357.5nm.铁、铜量均在0.4~2.6μg/25ml范围内成直线关系.应用本法测定了自来水、精镁样品中铁、铜的含量,准确度和精密度都令人满意.
In this paper, a method for the simultaneous determination of trace Fe and Cu by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry with meso-tetrakis (4-trimethylaminophenyl) porphyrin as chromogenic reagent was developed. The determination of iron and copper wavelengths were 392.0-420.0 nm and 413.0-357.5nm. The contents of iron and copper are all in a linear relationship within the range of 0.4-2.6μg / 25ml.The contents of iron and copper in tap water and fine magnesium samples were determined by this method with satisfactory accuracy and precision.
