信息革命的周期越来越短,高速、海量信息资源的急剧膨胀,面对新媒体时代下的高校学生档案管理工作挑战更为急迫。谁拥有了数据,谁掌握了主导数据并加以整合利用,谁就能在社会进程中占据重要地位。传统学生档案管理工作无疑在信息大数据环境下,更需要从及时、全面、准确的反映学生学习及发展方面的状况来入手,为高校学生档案管理科学决策提供依据。
The information revolution is getting shorter and shorter, and the rapid expansion of high-speed and massive information resources is even more urgent in the face of the challenge of university student file management under the new media age. Who has the data, who mastered the leading data and integrated it, who can occupy an important position in the social process. The traditional student archives management work undoubtedly needs to start with timely, comprehensive and accurate reflection of the status of students’ learning and development in the environment of information big data, so as to provide the basis for the scientific decision-making of college student archives management.
