哲盟林业科学研究所建于1973年,是一所以林业科学应用研究和技术开发为主的公益型科研事业单位.20多年来,在上级业务主管部门领导下,认真贯彻执行“科学技术必须面向经济建设,经济建设必须依靠科学技术”的方针,共取得23项科研成果,有10项成果填补了区内空白,达到国内和“三北”地区先进水平,获省(部)级奖8项、地(厅)级奖13项;发表和交流学术论文97篇、获盟级以上自然科学优秀论文奖28篇,在各种学术研讨会上交流获奖优秀论文54篇,指导生产并获得较好经济效益的占64%.推广科技成果和适用技术20多项,创办经济实体4个,取得显著经济效益.目前承担盟区级科研项目7项、国际合作项目1项.现在,我所已发展成为哲盟地区有一定规模和影响的林业科学研究中心.20多年来,我们在林业科技领域里着重做了以下几个方面的工作:
