2013年,100 MeV回旋加速器设备安装调试工作取得了较大进展,本文简要介绍了主真空系统的工作进展。1)100 MeV强流回旋加速器主真空系统的要求真空度:回旋加速器运行时,如果束流损失过大,会引起真空室周围的设备活化,产生放射性剂量,不利于加速器的正常运行和维护。总体设计要求:正常工作时,粒子加速真空室真空度好于5×10-6 Pa,在小束流调试阶段,真空度要求好于5×10-4 Pa。排气时间:100 MeV强流回旋加速器
