The successful holding of the first National Taekwondo Championship in 2005 indicates that the country will gradually focus on the development of Taekwondo in colleges and universities. However, under the influence of short training period, irregular time and poor training continuity, ordinary college athletes make the study of learning less comprehensive and the application of tactics more single. To win the competition, physical quality is particularly important. In view of this, this study took 145 Taekwondo athletes from 6 colleges and universities as the research object, through the gradual screening, can not reflect the physical characteristics of the testers, as well as the mutual inclusion of indicators, and ultimately determine the 6 indicators as the university Taekwondo athletes special physical fitness evaluation The final indicator.
