首次以R为调节剂应用于小麦花培。试验结果表明,愈伤组织诱导率较对照提高6倍,而且较对照提前28天全部愈伤达到适龄。
R for the first time as a regulator applied to wheat flower culture. The results showed that the callus induction rate increased 6 times compared with the control, and 28 days earlier than the control of all callus to reach age.
