钛磁铁矿球团在氧化,中性和磁化气氛中焙烧后作了定温还原实验。研究了焙烧气氛和温度对球团的固结形式、抗压强度、还原速度和还原前后表观结构的影响,并用未反应核模型分析了不同焙烧球团的还原动力学。
The titanomagnetite pellets were calcined in an oxidizing, neutral and magnetizing atmosphere for a constant temperature reduction experiment. The effects of calcination atmosphere and temperature on the consolidation form, compressive strength, reduction rate and apparent structure of the pellets were studied. The kinetics of reduction of pellets was analyzed by using unreacted core model.
