社会经济的快速发展,在一定程度上促进了我国空调制造行业的进一步优化,同时对于暖通空调的设计与施工也提出了新的要求与标准。在暖通施工中应用BIM技术,有效的实现了暖通的现代化设计,无论是对建筑的性能化模拟技术还是对暖通空调的设计与施工都起到了一定的辅助作用,有效的打破了传统暖通空调的施工模式,本文先对BIM技术与暖通设计的特点进行了介绍,并对BIM技术在暖通施工中的具体应用进行了详细的探讨。
The rapid social and economic development, to a certain extent, promoted the further optimization of China’s air-conditioning manufacturing industry, but also put forward new requirements and standards for the design and construction of HVAC. The application of BIM technology in HVAC construction effectively realized the modern design of HVAC. It played an auxiliary role both in the performance simulation of building and in the design and construction of HVAC, effectively breaking the tradition HVAC construction mode, this article first introduces the characteristics of BIM technology and HVAC design, and the BIM technology in the construction of HVAC application in detail discussed in detail.
