目的:建立HPLC测定妇炎康复胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-0DS C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(45:55)为流动相;流速1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长280 nm;柱温:30℃℃。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.10～1.22μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.7%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、灵敏、准确,能有效地控制妇炎康复胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in fuyan rehabilitation capsules. Methods: A Shim-pack VP-0DS C 18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (45:55); the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~(-1). ); detection wavelength 280 nm; column temperature: 30 °C °C. RESULTS: The linearity of baicalin in the range of 0.10 to 1.22 μg was good (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.1% and the RSD was 1.7% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can effectively control the quality of Fu Yan Healing Capsule.
