目的探究精细化护理干预对儿童预防接种效果的影响。方法选取2015年10月-2016年2月河东区鲁山道街社区卫生服务中心预防接种门诊接收计划免疫婴幼儿225例为研究对象,根据护理情况不同分为干预组(100例)和对照组(125例),干预组实施精细化护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组儿童接种配合度、接种后不良反应发生情况和家长对护理工作的满意度。结果干预组儿童接种后不良反应发生率为13.0%低于对照组的31.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组配合度为90.0%和家长总满意率为89.0%均高于对照组的62.4%和71.2%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在预防接种过程中,精细化护理是优质化护理理念的集中体现,实施精细化护理干预可提高儿童接种配合度、减少接种后不良反应的发生,提高儿童家长的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing intervention on the effect of vaccination in children. Methods Totally 225 immunized infants and young children receiving vaccination outpatient reception in Lushan Street Community Health Center in Hedong District from October 2015 to February 2016 were selected as study subjects and divided into intervention group (n = 100) and control group (n = 125 cases). The intervention group was given intensive nursing intervention and the control group was given routine nursing care. The two groups were compared with the degree of inoculation, adverse reactions after inoculation and parents’ satisfaction with nursing work. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in children in intervention group was 13.0% lower than that in control group (31.2%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the intervention group’s 90.0% and parents’ satisfaction rate was 89.0% The control group of 62.4% and 71.2%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the course of vaccination, meticulous care is the embodiment of high-quality nursing concept. The implementation of intensive nursing intervention can improve the coordination of child vaccination, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination, and improve the satisfaction of children’s parents.
