分析铁路物资管理由计划转型为市场,经营模式发生了巨大变化,指出具体运作方式仍没有完全过渡到真正的市场化运作,供需双方之间的沟通联系很大程度还是依靠比较陈旧的信息传递和共享方式,这样的效率很难适应新的经营模式。提出铁路物资经营市场化亟待寻求和搭建一种新型的沟通平台,可以让供需双方依托此平台实现信息共享,并通过物资公司进行洽谈协商和确定合作关系,最终达到供应需求关系的高效率平衡。
