【正】 当改革开放把成就和困扰一起抛向中国社会时,人们不约而同地将目光移向教育。他们把推动经济、科技、社会发展的动力归功于教育所培养的人才,将社会不安定、动乱归咎于教育的失误。教育与经济、社会发展的关系极为密切。它联系着每一个家庭,牵动着社会上每一个人的神经。然而,当前我国教育的发展存在着许多问题,遇到了极大的困扰,必须对未来教育的改革与发展进行整体的设计并提出战略的思考。
