本文研究了新显色剂2-(5-NO2-2-吡啶偶氨)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-NO2-PADAP)与镍的显色反应及分光光度测定镍,在PH3.5乙醇水溶液中,镍与5-NO2-PADAP形成稳定的深色配合物,最大吸收在565um处,摩尔吸光系数为.1.57×105L·mol(-1)·cm(-1),镍在0~12μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律,用此法测定钢铁及茶叶中的微量镍,结果令人满意。
In this paper, the color reaction of 2- (5-NO2-2-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (5-NO2-PADAP) with nickel and its spectrophotometric determination of nickel were studied. In ethanol aqueous solution, nickel and 5-NO2-PADAP form a stable dark complex with a maximum absorption at 565 μm and a molar extinction coefficient of 1.57 × 105L · mol (-1) · cm (-1). Beer ’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 12μg / 25mL. The method was applied to the determination of trace nickel in steel and tea with satisfactory results.
