目的了解鄞州区4、5岁幼儿营养摄入状况,为开展4、5岁幼儿合理膳食提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样,抽取鄞州区中心区、郊区各1所幼托机构,采用三日膳食称重法和膳食记录法,调查了337名4、5岁幼儿的膳食摄入情况。结果与中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量相比,4、5岁幼儿热量、蛋白质、维生素C、钙、钾、锌摄入不足。膳食能量来源中谷类所占比例为52.7%,碳水化合物摄入偏低。脂肪来源中,动物类食物占74.2%,动物性脂肪摄入偏高。维生素C来源中水果仅占17.2%,摄入量偏低。蛋白质、钙的来源中,豆类仅占6.4%和7.1%,豆类摄入不足。结论应对幼儿的日常膳食进行适当干预,以保证4~5岁幼儿的健康成长。
Objective To understand the nutritional intake of children aged 4 and 5 in Yinzhou District and provide evidence for the reasonable diet of children aged 4 and 5 years. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select one childcare institution in the center and suburban areas of Yinzhou District. Dietary intake method and three-day dietary weighing method were used to investigate the dietary intake of 337 children aged 4 and 5 years. Results The intake of calories, protein, vitamin C, calcium, potassium and zinc in children aged 4 and 5 was not enough compared with the reference intake of dietary Chinese in Chinese. Dietary sources of cereals accounted for 52.7%, carbohydrate intake is low. Fat sources, animal food accounted for 74.2%, animal fat intake is high. Vitamin C source of fruit only 17.2%, low intake. Protein, sources of calcium, beans accounted for only 6.4% and 7.1%, inadequate intake of beans. Conclusion Children’s daily diet should be properly intervened to ensure the healthy growth of children aged 4 to 5 years.
