[目的]分析脑梗死合并高脂血症患者血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂 A2(Plasma lipoprotein associated phospholipid A2,Lp-PLA2)及血小板活化功能的变化及意义.[方法]随机选取 2017 年 1 月至 2018 年 9 月本院收治的脑梗死合并高脂血症患者 56 例作为观察组,同期选择健康体检者 30 例作为对照组.采用 ELISA法检测所有受试者血清 VEGF及 Lp-PLA2 水平,流式细胞仪检测血小板活化功能指标;同时采用 SPSS Pearson相关性分析软件对 VEGF、Lp-PLA2 水平及血小板活化功能指标与脑梗死合并高脂血症的关系进行分析.[结果]观察组血清 VEGF、血浆 Lp-PLA2 、血小板-单核细胞聚集体(Platelet-monocyte aggregates,PMA)、溶酶体颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD6 3)及血小板上α颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD62 p)均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).Pearson 相关性分析显示,VEGF、Lp-PLA2 水平及血小板活化功能指标与脑梗死合并高脂血症呈正相关(P<0.05).[结论]脑梗死合并高脂血症患者血小板活化指标表达升高,脑组织存在缺氧及炎性浸润状态,治疗时候需抑制血小板活化、改善缺氧同时控制炎性反应.“,”[Objective]To investigate the changes and significance of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor),Lp-PLA2(Plasma lipoprotein associated phospholipid A2)and platelet activation in patients with cerebral infarction complicat-ed with hyperlipidemia.[Methods]From January 201 7 to September 2018,5 6 patients with cerebral infarction complicat-ed with hyperlipidemia were randomly selected as the observation group and 30 healthy persons as the control group.Ser-um VEGF and Lp-PLA2 levels were measured by ELISA and platelet activation function was measured by flow cytome-try.At the same time,SPSS Pearson correlation analysis software was used to analyze the relationship between the level of VEGF,Lp-PLA2 and platelet activation function and cerebral infarction with hyperlipidemia.[Results]The levels of ser-um VEGF and plasma Lp-PLA2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. CD63p,CD63 and PMA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). SPSS Pearson analysis showed that the levels of VEGF,Lp-PLA2 and platelet activation were positively related with se-verity of cerebral infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia.[Conclusion]Platelet activation indices increase in patients with cerebral infarction and hyperlipidemia.Hypoxia and inflammatory infiltration are higher in brain tissue.It s necessary to inhibit platelet activation,improve hypoxia and control inflammatory reaction in cerebral infarction patients with hyper-lipidemia.
