2013年8月15日,浙江省金华市原副市长朱福林涉嫌受贿案在浙江丽水市中级法院一审开庭。在庭审中,检察机关指控其利用职务之便,收受他人贿赂折合人民币1580余万元。经检察机关查明:2000至2012年,朱福林先后利用担任金华市国土管理规划局局长、兰溪市市委书记、金华市副市长等职务之便,在土地开发、人事安排、企业环评等事项上为他人谋取利益,现时,他利用房产交易、“炒房”、投资收益等名义收受徐某某等14人所送人民币1490余万元、欧元3000元、汽车一辆、金条三根。
