上海地处北纬31度,属中纬度地区,紧靠上海出海的长江口区,属我国风能资源较丰富区之一。上海电力部门在南汇和崇明东部海岸各设立了50米高的测风塔,据2年来的测风结果显示,50m高度年均风速达6.7m/s(近两年平均风速为历年来最低)。经与附近气象站历年数据进行相关分析结果,多年平均风速可达7.1m/s,平均有效风能密度达329w/平方米。年有效风力为4-25m/s累计时间可达7300小时以
Located at 31 degrees north latitude, Shanghai is a mid-latitude region close to the Changjiang Estuary to the sea of Shanghai. It is one of the more abundant wind energy resources in China. Shanghai Electric Power Department set up a 50-meter tower at Nanhui and Chongming East Coasts. According to the 2-year wind measurements, the average annual wind speed at 50m is 6.7m / s (the average wind speed in recent two years is the lowest over the past two years) . According to the correlation analysis with the data of nearby weather stations over the years, the average annual wind speed can reach 7.1m / s and the average effective wind energy density reaches 329w / m2.
