目的探讨补钙对假手术和去卵巢大鼠血糖和血脂水平的影响,为绝经期后妇女合理补钙提供理论参考。方法清洁级8周龄雌性Wistar大鼠,适应性喂养1周,按体重随机分为假手术正常钙膳食(A组)、假手术高钙膳食(B组)、去卵巢正常钙膳食(C组)和去卵巢高钙膳食(D组),记录大鼠的摄食量及体重,8周后腹主动脉采血测空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(FINS)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平,并根据FBG和FINS计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果大鼠的进食量经单因素方差分析,F=4.54,P=0.01,其中D组大鼠的进食量显著高于A、B和C组;大鼠的体重经单因素方差分析,F=17.45,P=0.00,C组和D组的体重显著低于A组和B组;大鼠的TC、TG、FBG、FINS和ISI水平经单因素方差分析,P值均<0.05,其中C组和D组的TC、C组的TG均显著高于A组和B组,D组的TG显著低于C组,C组的FBG、C组和D组的FINS和ISI均显著高于A组和B组,D组的FINS和ISI显著低于C组(P<0.05)。结论去卵巢可增加大鼠的进食量,降低大鼠的体重,增加大鼠血总胆固醇、胰岛素和胰岛素敏感指数的水平;去卵巢正常钙膳食大鼠血甘油三酯和空腹血糖的水平增高,而去卵巢高钙膳食可降低甘油三酯、胰岛素和胰岛素敏感指数的水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of calcium supplementation on blood glucose and blood lipid levels in sham-operated and ovariectomized rats and to provide theoretical references for rational calcium supplementation in postmenopausal women. Methods Eight-week-old female Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: sham operation normal calcium diet (group A), sham operation high calcium diet (group B), ovariectomized normal calcium diet (group C) ) And ovariectomized high-calcium diet (group D). The food intake and body weight of rats were recorded. After 8 weeks, the abdominal aorta blood was collected for fasting blood glucose (FBG), insulin (FINS), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride TG), and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was calculated based on FBG and FINS. Results The food intake in rats was significantly higher than that in groups A, B and C by single factor analysis of variance (F = 4.54, P = 0.01). The body weight of rats was analyzed by one-way ANOVA and F = 17.45, P = 0.00. The body weight of group C and group D was significantly lower than group A and group B. The levels of TC, TG, FBG, FINS and ISI in group C were all less than 0.05 by one-way analysis of variance TG in group C and C were significantly higher than that in group A and group B, TG in group D was significantly lower than that in group C, FINS and ISI in group C were significantly higher than those in group A In group B, FINS and ISI in group D were significantly lower than those in group C (P <0.05). Conclusion Ovariectomy can increase the food intake of rats, decrease the body weight of rats and increase the level of total cholesterol, insulin and insulin sensitivity index in rats. The levels of triglyceride and fasting blood glucose in normal ovariectomized rats increase, Overexpression of high calcium diet can reduce triglyceride, insulin and insulin sensitivity index levels.
