文章在回顾关于组织间交互式学习研究的基础上,从不同视角对知识网络中组织间交互式学习形式进行了分析,认为可分为正式学习与非正式学习、探索性学习与挖掘性学习、知识学习与经验学习。从结构维和关系维两个维度探讨了知识网络中组织间交互式学习的影响因素,构建了知识学习函数对知识网络中组织间交互式学习过程并进行了分析,探讨了在知识网络中组织间交互式学习过程中所产生的学习效应。
