目的 明确肺肿瘤经皮射频消融 (PRFA)术前后热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )表达的差异 ,探讨肺肿瘤PRFA治疗与机体免疫功能变化的关系。方法 采用VX 2肿瘤细胞悬液种植法建立兔肺肿瘤模型 ,进行PRFA后 ,观察原发灶及肿瘤的转移情况 ,并将肿瘤组织进行免疫组化染色 ,观察PRFA前后HSP70表达的变化。结果 PRFA后的VX 2肿瘤原发灶生长缓慢 ,腹腔淋巴结转移率低于对照组 ,7天时VX2肿瘤HSP70表达较对照组增加 ( 61.3 6%± 9.5 8%vs2 2 .13 %± 8.92 % ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 PRFA后 ,肺VX 2肿瘤组织HSP70表达增加 ,可能增强递呈肿瘤特异性抗原而激活机体的抗肿瘤免疫
Objective To determine the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) before and after percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (PRFA) in lung cancer and to explore the relationship between the treatment of PRFA and the changes of immune function in lung cancer. Methods Rabbit lung tumor model was established by VX 2 tumor cell suspension implantation. After PRFA, the metastasis of primary tumor and tumor were observed. The tumor tissue was immunohistochemically stained to observe the expression of HSP70 before and after PRFA. Results The primary tumor of VX 2 after PRFA grew slowly and the rate of peritoneal lymph node metastasis was lower than that of control group. At 7 days, the expression of HSP70 in VX2 tumor increased compared with control group (61.3 6% ± 9.5 8% vs 22.13% ± 8.92%, P <0 .0 5). Conclusions After PRFA, the expression of HSP70 in lung VX 2 tumors increased, which may enhance the anti-tumor immunity by presenting tumor-specific antigens
