知识组织与管理理念的提出,为提高图书馆文献信息资源开发的能力和水平,充实文献信息资源开发研究领域的内涵,拓展了新的空间,其中知识传播管理理念、知识营销管理理念和知识应用管理理念对在现代信息技术条件下的文献信息资源开发产生了明显的影响。本文应用知识组织与管理理念对文献信息资源开发进行重新认识,论证了“信息安全”、“知识产权保护”、“用户教育”和“文献信息资源开发”这四个概念之间应是一个完整的有机统一体。
