目的:比对食品中阪崎肠杆菌检验的国标法和实时荧光PCR法,确保检测结果准确。方法:分别按照GB4789.40-2010《食品微生物学检验阪崎肠杆菌检验》和PCR法操作要求进行检验,所得结果进行比对分析。结果:查10类食品共850份样品,检出阪崎肠杆菌54株,国标法检出率为6.4%;PCR法阳性率为7.4%。结论:联合使用两种方法鉴定阪崎肠杆菌可提高检测结果的可靠性,报告以国标法为准。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the GB method and real-time PCR method of Enterobacter sakazakii in food to ensure the accuracy of the test results. Methods: According to GB4789.40-2010 “Food Microbiological Test of Enterobacter sakazakii test” and PCR method to test the operation requirements, the results were compared and analyzed. Results: A total of 850 samples of 10 kinds of food were detected and 54 strains of Enterobacter sakazakii were detected. The detection rate was 6.4%. The positive rate of PCR was 7.4%. Conclusion: The combined use of two methods to identify Enterobacter sakazakii can improve the reliability of the test results, the national standard test shall prevail.
