中西方劳动力市场存在很大差异。中国劳动力市场存在二元局面,通过非正规方式吸纳的人员,身份不被认同,也是不断遭受社会排斥的一个群体。青年失业问题,总是与年轻人在劳动力市场上为获得工作而进行各种竞争有关。劳动力市场的瞬息万变不仅给个人及其家庭带来风险,同时也包括社会关系及社会整合。
The labor market in China and the West is very different. There is a dual situation in the Chinese labor market. People who are recruited through informal means are not identified with their identities and are also a group constantly subjected to social exclusion. The problem of youth unemployment has always been related to the competition among young people in the labor market for jobs. The rapidly changing labor market poses risks to individuals and their families, as well as social relations and social integration.
