水稻是我国主要的粮食作物之一。它有十几种病(虫)害都因稻种带菌而初染,其中发生普遍而严重的稻瘟病、稻白叶枯病、稻胡麻斑病均有稻种带菌问题。因此稻种灭菌对防治水稻病害非常重要。但是有些病害采用常规的稻种灭菌方法不易杀死,如稻胡麻斑病菌除以分生孢子附着在稻壳表面,还能以菌丝体进入颖壳内;稻粒黑粉病菌不仅以厚垣孢子附着于颖壳内外,甚至经过动物的肠道排出不死。这些病菌给水稻生产带来极大的危害。我们考虑,棉籽硫酸脱绒,对棉籽有很好的灭菌作用,是不是水稻种子也能象棉籽硫酸脱绒那样应用硫酸处理灭菌?它对稻种发芽有无损伤?为此笔者作了水稻种子硫酸处理试验,现将处理
