社会、经济快速发展，对土地的需求空前剧增，出现了大量的土地违法情况。针对此情况频出，国土的土地执法监察工作严峻且刻不容缓。基于土地执法监察工作的特殊性，探讨了网格化管理机制和采用地理信息系统软件ArcGIS对网格划分的实际应用。
