回顾性分析2013年6月至2015年12月我院收治的采取促性腺激素释放激素泵治疗的23例下丘脑性性腺功能减退症患者的临床及护理资料,总结促性腺激素释放激素泵治疗中的护理经验。全面细致的操作指导是确保患者掌握操作流程的关键,对参数设置实施密码保护是保障患者用药安全的重要环节,局部皮肤护理、不良反应及并发症的观察也是带泵期间需要注意的护理要点。本组23例患者,带泵治疗过程非常顺利,均掌握了泵的操作流程,未发生明显不良反应、并发症及其他意外事件。
