海洋、河口、近岸水体表面,存在一个微表层,直接和大气接触。在微表层中,颗粒态和溶解态的有机碳、磷酸盐和活性氮的浓度,比相应的表层水中浓度高,微表层中也富集了部分常量元素和许多微量元素。微表层取样的厚度,根据各实验者的方法不同而异,大致为几百μm(150-300μm为多)。微表层中污染物浓度高的原因,是由于大气颗粒物降落、气泡上浮及微生物和浮游生物的作用造成的。
Ocean, estuaries, surface water bodies, there is a micro-surface, direct contact with the atmosphere. In the micro-surface layer, the concentration of particulate and dissolved organic carbon, phosphate and reactive nitrogen is higher than that in the corresponding surface water, and some microelements and some trace elements are also enriched in the micro-surface layer. The thickness of the micro-surface sampling, according to the experimenter’s method varies, roughly a few hundred μm (150-300μm for more). The reason for the high concentration of pollutants in the micro-surface is due to the drop of atmospheric particles, the floating of bubbles and the action of microorganisms and plankton.
