介绍了内模控制(IMC)的原理,内模控制器设计较简单,控制性能好,对时滞系统有很好的控制效果。针对时滞对象设计了带反馈滤波器的内模控制系统。通过西门子S7-300 PLC编程实现了内模控制策略,并应用在具有较大时滞的水箱液位控制系统中。实验结果表明,内模控制策略在时滞系统中有良好的控制效果。
The principle of internal model control (IMC) is introduced. The design of internal model controller is simple, the control performance is good, and the control of time delay system is very good. An internal model control system with feedback filter is designed for the time lag object. Siemens S7-300 PLC programming through the realization of the internal model control strategy, and applied to the tank with a large time delay in the liquid level control system. Experimental results show that the internal model control strategy has a good control effect in time-delay system.
