关于洋地黃与毒毛旋花子苷的毒性反应,国內已有不少报告蚝嫌醚蟮攸S及注射葡萄糖酸鈣致死,国內此类病案报告尚少?驹?960年曾收治一例心力衰竭患者,合用毒毛旋花子苷c、洋地黄治疗,因靜脉注入葡萄糖酸鈣作循环时間測定而引起猝死,現报告如下: 患者楊××(住院号12979)男性,16岁,学生。因心悸、气促二年,加重三个月,于1960年2月8日下午2时第二次入院。患者于两年前,每当劳累后則有心悸、气促与咳嗽,經休息后可以緩解。患者曾于1958年11月17日第一次入院診治,当时診断为风湿性心脏病,二尖弁狹窄与关閉不全,心力衰竭,經用洋地黄等治疗后症状好轉,于同年11月22日出院。出院
