全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于批准《中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法附件一澳门特别行政区行政长官的产生办法修正案》的决定(2012年6月30日第十一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十七次会议通过)第十一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十七次会议决定:根据《中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法》附件一、《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于<中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法>附件一第七条和附件二第三条的解释》和《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于澳门特别行政区2013年立法会产生办法和2014年行政长官产生办法有关问题的决定》,批准澳门特别行政区提出的《中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法附件一澳门特别行政区行政长官的产生办法修正案》。
Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Approving the “Amendment to the Method for Producing the Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region at Annex 1 of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China” (2nd Session of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People’s Congress on June 30, 2012 Seventeenth Meeting) The 27th Session of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People’s Congress decided that according to the Annex 1 of the “Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China”, the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on "The People’s Republic of China Macao Basic Law of the Special Administrative Region> Explanatory Notes on Article 7 and Annex II to Article 3 of Annex I and the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Issues Concerning the Method of Producing a Legislative Council for the 2013 Special Administrative Region of the Macao SAR and Measures for the Emergence of the Chief Executive in 2014, Proposal by Macao Special Administrative Region to Propose Amendments to the Method for Producing the Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region at Annex 1 to the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
